St. Valentin
We would like to warmly welcome you to the inn St.Valentin on the plateau of Verdings, one of the most beautiful vantage points of the Eisack Valley at a height of 963 metres. Our name derives from the nearby church St. Valentin, which was built in the 12th century. Our inn is far away from noises and bustle, still, it is easily reachable.
Pleasure starts in the kitchen where we conjure up South Tyrolean and Italian delicacies as well as pizza.
We set great store by selected and, whenever possible, fresh ingredients, some of which grow in our neighbour’s garden.
Red meat matches red wine and white wine fits white meat; in our wine list you will find what tastes best for you.
Roulade made of pear flour, homemade chocolate, plum or apricot dumplings, homemade ice cream, the classic “Hot Love” (vanilla ice cream with warm raspberries) and many other dainties.

The inn St.Valentin has 6 renovated rooms, all of which are equipped with WLAN, TV, bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer, balcony and a table with seating-accommodation.
All rooms apart from the single room have a double bed.
